Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from Mighty Greek. We strive to provide you with delicious food and excellent service. Please review our policy regarding refunds:

1. Order Issues

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an order that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement of the incorrect item or a refund for the price of the incorrect item.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer to provide the missing item or a refund for the price of the missing item.

  • Food Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your food, please contact us within a reasonable time (within one hour) of receiving your order. We may request that you return the uneaten portion of the food for assessment. If we determine that the food was not of acceptable quality, we will offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

  • Order Cancellation:

    • Online Orders: If you wish to cancel an online order, you must do so before the order is prepared. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been prepared, we will issue a full refund.

    • Reservation Cancellation: For reservation cancellations, please refer to our reservation policy.

2. In-Restaurant Dining

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your meal while dining in our restaurant, please inform your server immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the dish or offering a discount.

  • Refunds for dine-in meals are at the discretion of the management.

3. Third-Party Delivery

  • For orders placed through third-party delivery services (such as Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes, or DoorDash), please refer to the refund policies of those services. We are not responsible for the refund policies of third-party delivery services. You will need to contact the third-party delivery service directly to request a refund.

4. Payment Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
